Cathy O’Regan brings some impressive credentials to her profession as a real estate broker, including an MBA and her years of experience in the corporate world of Banking. She previously worked as a Vice President of JP Morgan Chase (in their operations, customer service and technology line management and project management sectors) for 20 years. All of this corporate interface helped Cathy develop strong insights and perceptions about people and situations.

Cathy is a seasoned professional and her strong management skills really come into play when she is helping a client buy or sell an apartment. She learned early on that she has an ability to work through obstacles. Cathy’s “roll your sleeves up” mentality not only positions her as a great problem solver, but she is also willing to think “outside of the box” and explore other options.

Cathy’s clients are all different types of people, ranging from senior corporate types to new buyers, and they all enjoy working with her. She approaches each deal as if it were a project that she is managing (and it is her responsibility to oversee it from start to finish). Cathy also has strong listening skills that she honed during training at NYU in Executive Coaching. These sessions strengthened Cathy’s ability to understand what a client wants through effective listening and eliciting information; and then confirm what she is hearing from her client so they are all on the same page.
